Double click on the photos for a larger view . . . especially impressive with the last photo . . . and the fish to get the color! The fish are rainbow bass. The first two are in the 3 to 4 pound class. The third is around 6 pounds. They have real teeth. This is the Rio India Lodge in the jungle. Pretty cool place. The metal monstrosity is a 100+ year old dredge from when the canal to connect the Pacific to the Atlantic/Carribean was originally planned very nearby. This is Cuancho. He hung around the dock at the lodge. Double click on this to see his teeth. He needs a dentist visit. The guides feed him fish carcasses after they're cleaned. |
